CAARNG Child & Youth Programs presents Songwriting featuring Music4Health

In celebration of Month of the Military Child, join us VIRTUALLY for Songwriting featuring Music4Health. These classes are open to ALL California Army National Guard families with dependent K-8th grade students in NORTHERN, CENTRAL and SOUTHERN California!

Ready to connect with other military children and learn to write songs? Come and join us for Songwriting featuring Music4Health on April 29th! Music4Health will be using Songwriting to help develop coping skills while supporting the natural resilience of childing by using evidence-based and evidence-informed methods. The goal is to build core capabilities for life by guiding students to learn and practice awareness, focus, flexibility, self-control and planning while having FUN learning to write songs. Music4Health will incorporate the six buffering protections known to reduce rates of depression, violence and chronic diseases which result in resilience in children.
